The Northside Security Inc. Story

Founded on August 27, 2003, Northside Security, Inc. began in its founders' basement. Roy Fleshman and Robert Dallmann pursued the American dream, building a loyal client base that allowed them to hire family and friends and steadily expand operations while maintaining commitment to reliable, community-focused security services.

 

In 2011 Robert Dallmann retired after establishing the company, and Kathy Fleshman joined her husband Roy, transforming Northside Security, Inc. into a family-run business. A decade later, in 2021, Roy and Kathy chose to retire. Following careful negotiations, they sold the company to long-time employee Scott Hutt and his partner Jason Johnson, ensuring continuity of leadership and preserving the firm’s operational legacy.

 

Scott and Jason cultivated a robust professional relationship over time. When a new opportunity appeared, they embraced it enthusiastically, commencing a fresh chapter together as trusted colleagues and business partners.

 

About Scott Hutt: Scott joined Northside Security, Inc. in 2004 as the installation manager.  As an owner, he now leads the technicians and oversees all service and installation projects. He has cultivated excellent relationships with customers and resides in Elizabeth, Indiana, where he attends St. Anthony's Church. Scott has been married to his wife, Kimberly, for 24 years, and they have three lovely daughters.

 

About Jason Johnson:  Jason brought to the table, over 25 years of product knowledge. Jason brought significant experience to the partnership, as he previously managed a branch at SES (Security Equipment Supply) for 18 years and always dreamed of owning his own security company.  Living in Sellersburg, Indiana, Jason attends Northside Christian Church and has been married to his wife, Gena, for 24 years, with three grown children.
